Birthday Fit For a Queen

We enjoyed salad, soup and a wonderful assortment
of yummy treats.

We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday today by going to "high tea" at the "First Ladies Tea Room" in town. It was a very special day; we just missed having my California sister here to help us celebrate. Debbie, here are some pictures of our afternoon.

Wow, she does not look 80! What a blessing to age so gracefully. You and your sister look wonderful too! Looks like you had a great time with just the girls!
We love and miss you. Oh and can you email me your address? Just now I heard Carter calling me and I finally found him in the bathroom. He told me that he went to the potty in the bathroom not in the backyard like the Indians. Because you know they go in the forest but he didn't think that would be a good idea. Funny thing is I found him using the backyard as a restroom last week. Funny the things they do that we obviously DONT teach them. Anyhow thought that might give you a little glimpse into my day =)!

We have a cute little super-girly little tea house here in Santa Clarita. Maybe we can go there together.
